Kitchen screens

The kitchen keeps working when the network drops

The KDS takes tickets straight off the branch network, not from a server outside. That is the difference between a kitchen that stops and one that carries on.

01

Station routing

Every item goes to its station screen: grill, prep, desserts. No ticket goes missing.
02

Prep time

A timer per ticket, with colour that shifts as the target time is passed.
03

On the branch network

Screens and cashier sit on the same local network — internet is not required to operate.
04

Instead of paper tickets

Run it in place of printing, or alongside printing during the transition.

This is the actual kitchen screen

Each order is a card, and each item inside it carries its own state: pending, in progress, ready. The timer runs and the card header shifts colour as time builds — while the bar above reads Offline and the work carries on.

Note the connection state up top: the screen runs off the branch network with the internet down.

KDS ships from the Growth plan

For delivery kitchens it is the core of the workflow, not an add-on billed on its own.
