1. Subscription and payment
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. Published prices are in EGP excluding tax. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
2. Trial period
The trial is 30 days on the self-serve path, with no payment details. Access stops at the end of the period until the subscription is activated.
3. Customer data
Restaurant, menu and order data belong to the customer. The customer may request an export of their data at any time.
4. Service level
The cashier is designed to work without a connection, so an internet outage is not a service outage. The full service-level definition and its exclusions need legal drafting.
5. Hardware
Devices purchased from Ordrun carry a warranty separate from the subscription. Customer-owned devices (BYOD) are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Suspension
The circumstances under which an account is suspended, the notice given and any grace period — to be defined.
