How long does setup take?
On the self-serve path: minutes. Sign up, set the menu in the wizard, and start. On the sales-led path: 2–3 days to install and train. Migration is optional — you can start from scratch, and most customers prefer to.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. If you have a tablet, Ordrun runs on it. A device from us is an option, not a requirement.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The cashier sells and prints from a database on the device itself, and kitchen screens run off the branch network. When the network returns, everything syncs in order.
Is there a trial?
30 days free on the self-serve path, no card required.
Can I import my menu from Excel?
Yes. The import can create the category and the item together in the same file.
Do reports cover all branches?
Branch reports on every plan. Consolidated multi-branch reports on Pro.
What is the difference between the plans?
Starter is one branch with two terminals. Growth adds inventory, KDS, discounts and price lists across three branches. Pro adds PostGIS Dispatch, call-center support and higher limits.
