1. Data we collect
Account data (restaurant name, contact number, email), operational data (orders, menu, shifts), and the restaurant’s own customer data as entered by the restaurant.
2. Restaurant customers’ data
Diner phone numbers and addresses enter the call center and delivery modules. Ordrun processes them on behalf of the restaurant, and the restaurant is responsible for obtaining its customers’ consent.
3. Local storage
Some data is stored on the device itself so it can operate without internet. That data syncs to the server when the connection returns.
4. Payments
Where payment runs through a payment provider, card details are handled directly by that provider and are not stored by us.
5. Sharing
We do not sell data. Sharing happens only with service providers necessary for operation, and only to the extent required.
6. Customer rights
A customer may request export or deletion of their data. Request mechanisms and response times need to be defined.
